mini regulator?

What's the difference between a mini regulator like this:

and a "regular" secondary regulator?

The mini regulator is like a primary regulator. It connects directly to a CO2 tank. Secondary regulators connect to primary regulators and generally can't handle more than 100 psi input.

Note: some companies use secondary to label a primary regulator that is connected to the CO2 tank with a hose.
