Hey guys, sorrry to ask a repeat question, but I can't find the thread that answered this question. I am about to bottle/mini-keg a batch and wonder what the ratio is for priming sugar totals. I realize 1-2 TBS of sugar per mini-keg is appropriate, but based on that number, how much do you decrease the sugar in the bottling bucket per keg? I mean, say I only do one mini, with how much less sugar do I prime the rest of the batch? If I kegged two?

Thanks.

Rich: That's too easy...do you use 5 oz of corn sugar for 5 gals? Isn't that 1 oz per gal?

If your buckets are marked (mine are) in 1/2 and 1 gal increments then you can see how much brew you have remaining in your bucket and adjust accordingly.:D
