Mini keg

I am wondering if it's possible to make or buy for cheap a mini keg(2.6 gallon) which I can charge with mini co2 cartridges? I'm asking this because I don't have all the equipment to start normal kegs. Probably a weird question but I thought I would give it a shot. I guess an example of this would be beermachine.com. But after shipping it's gonna cost a high price.

I've seen William's Brewing has 2.5 and 1.75 gallon systems that come with everything you need including a little CO2 cartridge on the gas side and a picnic tap on the beer side. But they're upwards of $135.

The cost factor is due to those mini kegs. It seems there aren't many 2.5 gallon used cornies in circulation, so you almost have to buy them new (or you're paying almost as much as new anyway).

I'm gonna look into this. It's come to the point that I'm willing to spend the cash on this.

Ok so I found a mini keg co2 dispenser along with reusable mini kegs. But I can't find a site that ships to canada? Anyone know a good site?
