Hey guys. I scored a free mini fridge from the office and I've been using it as my fermentation chamber for awhile now. I do the gallon batches so I haven't needed to expand it...
Now that it's fall and I'm brewing more I'm looking to expand it. I have the full plans for wood and insulation but from everything I read I'm not seeing what's the best way to affix the collar to the fridge.
Does anybody have a recommendation for what's the best way to keep that puppy on there that's sturdy and holds in the temperature?
