Guys
I am using my mini brew for the first time and I am trying to find out when do i do my first yeast dump. I still see some action on my air lock but not sure if i should wait until it has finished fermenting completely.

Wait until fermentation finishes. Think of it like using a primary and a secondary without the transfer. When fermentation is done, or very close to it, pull the yeast.

If your MB is airtight (I use a large rubberband on the yellow lid) remember to pull the airlock before dumping or you may pull your airlock solution into the beer.

Thanks for your reply guys...is interesting you use a rubberband on the yellow lid because I almost did myself but then I thought let me try it without it and it has been 5 days now and the yellow lid still on there and I am getting action out of the airlock so the yellow lid has to be doing its job right? I touched it and it seems pretty tight now with all the pressure from the fermentation.

I doubt it's completey airtight. With a large rubber band on it will bulge out.

It's fine as is, the band is just my preference.
