I am loving the Dark Munich.. a friend and I brewed a Munich Dunkle Lager with it and it is almost done lagering…
We are planning to enter it in National Home brew competition…

3 days ago did my first solo brew since crashing my Harley 8months ago… and used the naked millet. Overshot my target OG by 10points… just pulled a sample to check gravity and it tastes very promising… its a pale ale and still yeasty (i mean its 3 days in the pressure fermenter and at 1.012) but Im not getting the tanic thing I get on some millet heavy beers…
