Our chocolate milk stout has been in primary for 2 weeks. OG was 1.056. Now its 1.022. Is it ok to add cocao nibs now and let it sit for another 2 weeks? I'm not sure what FG I'm aiming for. Help please, again. I don't know what I would without all of you out there :)
 
Its probably about done at 1.022, the Lactose will not ferment and leaves you with a higher FG. I say toss the nibs and let it go for another 2 weeks.
