I received an extract kit yesterday from Midwest with their Gold extract. I'm not sure what extract to choose from Beersmith's options. Any ideas?
 
Any of the gold extracts should be almost exact. If you want to get really picky about it, you can send an email to Midwest asking for SRM etc
