I'm in the middle of my first brewing session. Do I stir the wort once I have started my 60 min boil? I have already added my buttering hops if that makes any difference. Thanks.

No, you don't have to stir. The boil itself stirs it up pretty well! but if you want to, because you're doing a small boil and afraid that the extract might stick to the bottom, stirring won't hurt at all.

Yep, you wanna keep stirring and make sure nothing burns on the bottom of the pot. Also keep an eye on it to make sure there aren't any boil overs.
