Hi my friends, just one information for you :
Messqage for Yooper :
I hope don't bother you with this message but ,if yes , please cut me immediately , tks!
The Micromalthouse is a fully automatic machine.
It manages autonomously the steps of rinsing, wetting, drying, roasting and maceration. The operators intervention is reduced to the essential, in order to reduce the operating expenses for employees: it will be necessary during the loading and unloading phases and for the germinations control, if you are using grains different from the usual ones.
The machine can malt different types of grains, only by changing the settings.
In the brewing field it is used to produce base malt and now BBCinox is working on the technical side of the machine in order to produce also caramelized malt
The BBC Malt house, can produce any sorts of bases of malt, as much as some expensive malt; we do not know how much with accuracy for each of the presented cases because everything was not tested, but we think that at least until 50 - 70 EBC
How much it consumes?
Consumptions of energy and water are not proportional to the increase of the size of the machine, on the contrary they have a decreasing trend.
HOW DOES IT WORK ?
The operation is very simple: there is a drum where the grains are loaded; this drum is perforated and revolving and it is immersed in a tank; depending on the phase that is taking place the sealed tank is filled or emptied with water and air is forced to circulate in it.
Everything is controlled by a plc and almost all phases are managed according to the moisture of the grain, that we obtain through a BBCinoxs patented system
CUSTOMER SERVICE ? "At your service ! "
Customer support may operate remotely through our Global Service which allows you to provide configuration support for the installation, for updates and also to check any damages. It can be controlled remotely by tablet or computer through a software interface which is easy to use, it can produce excellent malt also with inexpert operators.
Tks for your attention and hoping give you a good information....
