Yet another new brewer, new poster from the land of the hand....
I just started brewing, thanks to the Egullet homebrewing course.
I'm coming up on my third batch of brew and am officially obsessed. This one will be my first all grain batch. Anyways.
I'm from St. Clair Shores also, I know I saw another one out there...I'm a chef at the Whitney in Detroit, and I can't wait to make more beer!
PS.- It's peanut butter jelly time...
