Mesh size of BE variant.

I'm back to thinking about a rebuild again this time a BrewEasy variation with a GF constant head system rather then the ballcock.

I'd need a top and bottom plate like a GrainFather and SS mesh seems a good and available option.

20 mesh has a hole size of about 1 mm should I go with that or is there a better option?
