Well, all of my christmas wishes have come true. Thanks to the wife and Mother in law, i have gone from
THIS SET UP:
Two 5-gallon bucket
One 3-gallon pot
One Auto-Siphon
One Floating Thermometer
One Hydrometer
and a bunch of bottles
to THIS SETUP
One 32 quart stainless steel mega pot, with holes drilled for
One weldless brew-ometer
One Weldless drain valve w/ 1/2 inch hi temp hose
One immersion chiller
One Propane burner(with tank)
One 6 gallon Glass Carboy with handle, brush, washer and dryer
One Fish tank pump aeration system
A Hydrometer Test jar
and One Tap-A-Draft system
Of course I will still be using the Auto Siphon
