I made a English IPA that ended up at 7%
I used 27 pounds of MO
2 oz of cluster ar 60
2 oz cluster at 30
And 5 oz of loral for an hour whirlpool.
The portion that I used Imperials Cable car has this melon flavor. That I enjoy a lot. Any one know what. Could have caused this?
Huge huge fan of Loral I think it could be used in Almost every beer style. Also relatively cheap.
Over all flavor and taste is very very floral, orange, herbal. I plan to remake this but fix the problems I had with my brew system and only use cable car.
