alright, so I tought it might be a good idea to make a beer or cider with honey dew melon, jasmine rice, lychees and turmeric. altough I have no idea how I go about doing this. right now i have the facilities to make around 5 liters at a time. any tips?? ive never made cider before and only one elderflower beer, which did turn out really well
