Has anyone ever tried making mead with a Coconut Powder?
I found it in the Indian (Ethnic) section at my grocery store.

Would this work in a Mead?

I wouldn't use powder, difficult to settle or strain out. I'd use unsweetened shredded coconut, and probably toast it.

Same here. Besides if it's powder it's been processed. If you want the flavor go with the pulp.

Do you mean coconut water or milk? Coconut water is too subtle a flavor, coconut milk might be interesting to try. However, I'd stick with my suggestion of toasted shredded unsweetened coconut, using it in secondary.
