Hey guys!
I made my first mead in August. During the first few weeks I stirred it as advised, and added vitamin a couple of times during that initial period where it was quite thick.
In December I transferred it to a secondary carboy to clear it up a bit, again as advised, and now it's kind of just a waiting game.
I'm wondering though, apart from keeping it the right temperature, is there anything else I should be doing? I was told to leave it as long as possible, ideally at least a year. But I can't help thinking that maybe I should be doing something in the meantime...
