I'm home for the week for Thanksgiving, and my mead from 7 months ago is ready. Unfortunately, it was being stored upside down for some reason. When I righted it, the sediment got stirred up and now it's cloudy. How long will it take for the bottle to settle and clear up again? What can I do to speed it up? Is centrifuging it a bad idea?

I wouldn't centrifuge it......

Just leave it the right way up and cold crash it in the fridge for a couple of days.

That should (usually works ok - no guarantee of course) work.......
