I want to run a slew of SMaSH's, just curious what sort of SMaSH's you guys' think a beginner "SMaSHer" Should try?

I just did a Marris Otter and Cascade SMaSH. I toasted 2 lbs of my 2row though. It's quite delicicous.

I just finished a Vienna/Northern Brewer SMaSH. Quite malty, but, man, I loves me some Northern Brewer.

I just bought a 50# bag of vienna so I to am going to be smash happy.
the first one I am going to try is willamette hops dont know how much yet,then maybe centenniel,then maybe CTZ or maybe nugget I have lots of hops its endless

i just bought 55lbs of 2row and 55lbs of MO. I also picked up 1lb each of Pearle, Centennial and Cascade.

I am going to be doing some SMaSH experiments too.

Just did 11# of 2row and Pearle today.

Looks and smells good, hoping it will taste good too.

Just did a Rahr Pilsen (11#) SMaSH with Hallertauer, yesterday. Dumped on a Notty yeast cake at about 4 PM, I had about an inch and half of krausen this morning at 5:30 AM!
