Okay need a little help was trying to figure out what grain to buy, but there are like 8 or 9 companies on there to choose from, unless I am reading wrong. Not sure which to go with if anyone is better than another or just shoot for the cheapest???

im a beliver in... unless your a pro, or think your gonna win the NHC, buy the cheapest.

most people get CMC stuff to start out. 85% of my base grain is BZ pils, and the rest is TF golden promise (make a lot of scottish beers)

Feel free to pile on if this has been covered...and because I'm not AG yet, but does this include 50lb bags of DME as well, or just bags of malt? Also, what about other items like candi sugar, etc. seems a great price for 12 bags and I'm sure it could easily be split.
Again, sorry if this was previously covered. Still working my way to all grain, but won't be until summer at the earliest and still have recipes planned for 30-40 lbs of DME already until that happens.

yes, 50 lb bags of DME are ok! in preperation for summer... and belgian season. i will be getting the 15 bag of D2 and clear sugar.

Nice, any idea how far away you are from ordering? Will need to look at the full list and gauge timing. I some in two weeks, but I know this isn't gonna happen that fast.

2 weeks is always a push... simply becasue of turn around time. i think its pretty close to full... so its possible. I have the spreadsheet on my ork computer so i can post progress...shoudl be about 37 out of 42.

Has anyone ever looked into the future hops prices. Helluva deal, but also probably difficult to pull that together.

Do people place orders for the other misc items, such a oak chips/spirals, sanitizer, or fruit purees?

I'm surprised there isn't a VA group buy (delivery is actually cheaper to VA from NC than to MD from NY), but this is the closest so I'll take what I can get given the prices.

I'm in Springfield, VA and work in Rosslyn, VA so can pick up for others In the area (depending on the number of bags).

for hops you need 11 lbs of any type... which is tough. ill put you down for DME

Thats kewl Stephin. 15 lbs is a bit much unless you are doing a 55 gal batch, even then it mite be to much.
