Having just recently been able to try Lunch and MO I'm looking to brew Dinner since I'll likely never be able to find it. Looked up a few old recipes, the BYO recipe, and have come up with a hopefully solid plan. Would love some input on this though:
16lb 2-Row
8oz Carapils
8oz C40
8oz Dextrose
1.5oz Falconer's Flight 30min
.5oz Simcoe 30min
2oz Falconer's Flight 30min Whirlpool at 170
2oz Simcoe 30min Whirlpool at 170
2oz Citra 30min Whirlpool at 170
Day 7 dry hop with 2oz Mosair, 1oz Citra, 1oz Simcoe
Day 11 dry hop 2oz Mosaic, 1oz Citra, 1oz Simcoe
WLP001 for yeast
60min boil, 8.20 ABV, 1.076 OG, 87 IBU, Probably mash at 151 for 60min.
