Hey my name is Maxwell, I signed up a while back and have been reading the forums a lot and within the last month I've decided to make my own batch of mead. Just a little one, One gallon, I didnt want to get into anything too crazy.
With this new adventure I decided to write a blog about my experience and process and how I did it so I can look back on it with later batches and hopefully entertain some people along the way.
