Hi all!
I was looking for the maximum legal (in EU) sulphites (added) quantity but I've found only info about wine.

Does anyone know where I can find this info?

Thank you all!
Cheers

According to the 2019 edition of Andrew Lea's book (P61) the EU limit is 200ppm. However there is also a Q&A type forum attached to his web site cider.org.uk so you could ask there, but I don't know how a new person gets on it now... it used to be via google groups but I think that has changed. Sometimes you will find both Andrew Lea and Claude Jolicoeur chiming in to address fairly technical issues.

I don't see any reason why it would be different for wine and cider.
200ppm seems correct to me and also way above the quantity I would use if I would add sulphites.
