Hello fellow homebrewers!
I did my fourth all-grain brew yesterday with great result. But i did use a new yeast (for me) - Mauribrew Ale 514.
Previously i've been using, White Labs Edinburg Ale WLP028 & Safale US-05 for fermentation in higher temperature 21 C or 69.8 F.
Edinburg Ale WLP028 were great and the beer is delicious, but the yeast is pricey.
Safale on the other hand made my flat smell like a bubblegum factory but a great fruity Pale ale.
To the question, have you guys any experience with the smell of Mauribrew Ale?
As for now my closet smell very earthy almost like smelling on dirt.
Note: Sanitation has been done properly & used the search function but couldn't find any information.
Happy hopping!
