I have a huge stout 1.152 o.g. I am using an 8.5 gallon fermenter with the blow off method. The krausen is thick and plugging up the tube. I don't have any ferm cap and it is Sunday. Any other home remedies???

Do you have a second fermenter? Or even a couple of gallon jugs? Just siphon some off if you do.

What diameter is your blow off tube? Do you have the blow off tube attached to the fermentor with part of a three piece air lock? Is the tube plugging or the air lock piece?

You could remove the blow off tube and cover the hole in the fermentor lid with sanitized foil or inverted plastic storage container. Wipe up krausen periodically.

1.152 ?!!?!

Where do you expect this beer to end up?

The Krausen is your airlock. Just put some foil over it and let it spew till it chills back. Then airlock it again.
