Marris otter Pilsner

I made brew using marris otter, and pilsner malts. I used Galaxy and Sterling hops. I find my brew on the bitter side. similar to corona but a little more bitter than usual. my percent is 5%. I was wondering what common methods are used to take some of the bitterness out. I was thinking of dry hopping in my finished keg to infuse it? not sure what approach I can take. I was also think of just serving it with an orange or something. I think Blue drinkers would like it. Hard to explain... at the end of the day I'm lookin for a way to take the bitterness down and make it more enjoyable. Bitterness scale about 7 out of 10.

Drink it and use less hops next time. Just about any time someone monkeys around with a finished beer, it creates more problems than it solves.

Can you lager it for 6 months? I forget what the actual number is, but IBU's drop over time. I agree with JonM though. Just have a party and say "free beer!" It'll be gone before you know it

Simple: Brew a less bitter beer and blend it. Other than that, as someone said above, set it aside and the bitterness will subside over time. As a last resort you could buy a 30 pack of Coors light or something similar and blend in the glass. Good Luck!

You could up the carbination level to help mask some of the harshness mayhaps
