I love the Mark’s Keg washer but when I updated to a speidel fermentor I found that I had to babysit it so that the fermentor wouldn’t tip over. Today I realized that I could take the rubber gasket and flip it over and it holds perfectly. Sorry if I am late to the party on this trick but it makes it so much better.
