Well Brew Day is off to a Great Start. Grains were in the Mash Tun by 8am. Sorry I was too sticky to get a Bag Pic and my wife was working. I did get a lot of pre mash and post mash pics. Just started my boil now. Did that cooler come with that type spout? That looks like it works pretty good for miab.
 
Racked this yesterday. It looked so good I stole a half gal to force carb in the mini keg and try this weekend.

Got the rest of it in Mini Kegs Primed with Maple Syrup. Think the 2 weeks will make this even Better.

Sure this is a 3 gallon batch
75 min Mash, 75 min Boil
4lb 2 Row Malt
1lb Rye Malt
1/2lb Honey Malt
1/2lb Quick Oats

.25oz Magnum @ 60 min
.5oz Crystal. @ 10 min
1lb Honey. @flameout
1lb Maple Syrup@Flameout

Safeale SO-5

Primary 2 weeks
Secondary 1 week
Prime with Maple Syrup or force carb
