#1 noob , dad of 5 with no time, wants to thank this fantastic group of both pro and first time homebrewers like myself. There is so much info out there on this awesome hobby but this is the best. You've all been there done that and I'm very thankful for your willingness to share your boundless wisdom. I was able to budget my time wisely. Just brewed my second batch last night, a witbier "partial mash" from BB and it went so much smoother than my first attempt, a brown ale, which due to all of your encouragement, I have left quietly to become beautiful.
