Basically a funny shaped sandwich. I am pretty sure I eat way more sandwiches than I initially estimated.

Headbanger gave me some eye opening chili a few months ago that caused me to tweak my own recipe a bit. IT IS GOOD!!!

Simmered it to get a little moisture out of it so it wouldn't run.

Slaw made from fresh cabbage, fresh red bell pepper, a little ranch, a little mayo, cider vinegar, salt and pepper.

Toasted buns with a thin mayo layer to keep the SOG out. Still almost needed a fork and knife, but MAN!!!! So good!

The chips are from storebought corn tortillas sliced and fried. Pretty effing easy, cheap as hell, and GOOD!
