I found this cheese today and must admit I was really surprised by the quality.

I stopped at a discount market ( Grocery Outlet ) as part of my shopping day and spotted this cheese clearance priced.

A creamy and mild cheese coated in hops!

I suppose one raises a glass and says.. "To hops, from ugly cone to perfect brew. Enjoyed by only the chosen few. The rest drink Bud. Salut."
