The only official place to do so (that I know) is the USDA in Oregon. Good luck with that, you can wait a long time and you need a good reason to order from them. Or you can germinate your seeds like we did.
Some folks in this thread might be interested in giving/trading/selling some male rhizomes. I cannot do so, because I am in Canada and it is not allowed to ship plants to the US.
