Hello all,

I plan on making a pumpkin beer once I finish off my hazlenut porter thats in the keg currently. I am thinking of making my own spice extract now in a vodka base and letting it sit for 3 or 4 weeks before using it when racking my pumpkin beer into the keg. I will be using marris otter w/ pale malt, caramal malt and maybe special b as my grain bill so will be an amber like profile. What do you all suggest the ratio of spices to be to make this extract? I have cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, all spice, and was going to throw a vanilla bean in there. Maybe some ginger too? 5 gallons into the keg.
