I washed some yeast a mixture of Wlp 036, Dusseldorf, and Wlp 380, american hefe, from the Blood Orange hefe recipe. I was wondering if I make a Roggenbier could I use this yeast and be fine?

I think the beer would come out fine. If you can push the fermentation temp up to right around 70F then you may be able to encourage a little extra phenolics from the 380 yeast (a desirable character in a Roggenbier).
