I usually get my ingredients at my LHBS but paticularly in the hops department they are pretting limited. What mail order houses are you using that has fresh ingriedents and good service?

I mostly use Brewmasters Warehouse, since I'm just up 85 in Charlotte their standard ground shipping gets here next day. I've ordered from them 4 times and nothing but good results. Their site seems very current with in stock / out of stock info, but I haven't had anything from my orders be out of stock yet.

I use mostly Northern Brewer and Midwest supplies, both very fresh ingedients. It has been my experience that Northern Brewer ships a bit faster. As far as hops go, NB just switched to using the sealed/purged bags from HopUnion. Pez.
