This Maibock has been fermenting for over 5 weeks. It went for several weeks at 52 F. Now it is at a higher temperature. Gravity has stalled at about 1.030. Anticipated FG was 1.019. Can I keg and lager this now and expect it to finish? Any suggestions?

Are you getting that reading with a hydrometer or a refractometer?

If using the refrac and not running the reading through a correction program, the number will be artificially high due to the presence of alcohol.

I've done a few Maibocks on 2124 (with the appropriate pitch rate of about 1.75) and they've finished out in 2-3 weeks (including d-rest).
