Anyone have a clone recipe for Magic Hat's Starlit Anise Porter? I can't find it anywhere online. I tried to email the brewery and ask for it, but haven't heard back. Partial mash would be great, but I can adapt it from all grain.

Starlit is a true, robust English porter. Medium bodied and full of dark chocolate and caramel malt flavors. The finish is dried with lingering flavors of star anise and slight warmth of alcohol.
5.80% ABV

Maybe start with Bee Cave Brewery Robust Porter.

Replace the grain 2-row with either 6.6 lb DME or 8.25 lb LME (or 6.6 lb LME keeping 2 lb 3 oz grain).

Add 3 to 4 stars at 10 minutes.

Consider replacing the Nottingham with WLP007 or Wyeast 1098 for the "dry finish."

The head Brewer from Magic Hat emailed me back and shared the recipe with me. He was really cool. I'll share it with you all once I get to a PC and can copy and paste it. I've also moved to all grain now, so thank you for the conversion ideas, but I'm excited to follow the recipe as it's written.
