So I have been under the impression that as long as you have good form and quality ingredients you can make a drinkable beer regardless of what is in it. Inspired by this thought and videos from NB me and a fellow homebrewer are going to follow this recipe for our random brews. both of us are buying the following list of ingredients for an extract brew, combining them and having our non-brewing wives pick the ingredients one for one until they are exhausted. should be fun and hopefully tasty.

3 - 3.3 lb extracts,
4 - 1oz. hop pellets @ 60,30,15,0 in order chosen,
1 - pkg ale yeast,
1 -1 lb bag of grain (for color)

I'll post the actual recipes we end up with once our supplies come in and the brewing begins.

The only thing I would change is to get rid of the 30 minute hop addition. I think they are a waste of hops, just adds bitternes without much flavor. Better off with 15, 5, 0.

Sounds like fun.

Brew it up.
