Hello I have heard that kveik yeast pH is lower than normal brewer’s Yeast is. So what would be a simple solution for this? See I don’t have a pH meter an those pH papers are not easy for someone like me that’s colorblind. Now this pass beer I brew I use Brewfather an build my water up from distilled water an I added the water salts unit I hit a predictable Mash pH of 5.4 an I assumed My mash pH Was at the 5.4 to counteract the pH lowering effect from the kveik yeast as it fermenting...
