How do you bring up your OG, or does it really matter? We had a brew with with an OG reading of 1.026 when it says we should be in the 1.045 - 1.051 range. Temp was 65F. What's the best way to hit the marks?
 
Hi Look. There's no way to answer your question without more info. Specifically, was this an extract, partial mash, or all grain brew? What was your recipe? Did you do a partial boil and top off with water, or a full boil? Anything else about your process that might help diagnos your problem?
