I tried a different arangment with my manifold, needless to say , I screwed the pooch!
The OG should have been 1.078, I ended up with, 1.053, with this in mind, if it finishes at the 1.022, I will have a abv of 4.07,which as you can tell is poor! I added 1 cup of sugar with 2 cups of water, boiled, how much more if any should I add to reach abv if 7.33, which it should be, thanks
