Hi :)

I have lots of protein chunks in all sizes in my wheat beer after fermentation.
It refuses to settle to the bottom and it floats in the entire beer.

Ofcourse this is only a cosmetic issue, but I am making a very clear American Wheat beer, and I really want everything to be clear.

Do you have a method to "filter" or strain this out so it does not transfer to the bottling bucket?

I thought about attaching a mash bag on the spigot and attaching the hose on the spigot, but there is the fear of aeration.

Sadly, I don't have a refrigerator to cold crash.
About 10 days.

This is one of those instances where a secondary really comes into its own! Rack it over and let it sit. Repeat as necessary to get it where your happiness curve intersects your impatience curve.

Agreed, this is the only reason I use a secondary. The more I tweak my process, the more I learn to let it sit while the floaties settle out. My next upgrade will be a ferm chamber to speed-up the process.
