They should be fine if they were kept sealed in a cool, dry place. I keep those sealed in a dunnage container on my brewery drier shelf & they keep really well. Especially if uncrushed, as I have my own mill. Those Maillard Malt bags have nice, stout zip locks on them.
 
Both are steal sealed but I don't have a mill so have them crushed before they were sent to me but have been in a sealed air tight container... Hints why I forgot about them until I went to use that bucket to fill with snow water to chill today
