I have been around the forums for a bit and decided to introduce myself.

I have been brewing on and off for about 10 years. I just switched from partial mash to AG brewing recently and brew about twice a month (depending an carboy availability).

My favorite beer is a good thick stout, oatmeal or otherwise. If I can drink my beer with a spoon I am a happy guy.

Welcome! Nice that you can brew twice a month, I don't get to brew as often as I'd like.

I'm the same way with stouts, if you ever get a chance, grab some Dark Lord, still trying to clone that one.
