i have in keg 1 called Keller.
If you have not heard of it or know what is in it here is the list.

Carared Malt 1lb
Carafoam Malt 1lb
Plain Light DME 6lb
Hallatauer Pellet Hops 2oz
Saaz Pellet Hops 1oz
Toasted Barley 1lb
not sure of what yeast i used last for this have to find my paper for that.

i am looking something like this but then again a little different.
Any suggestions.

fermentor 1 and 2 empty
keg 1 keller on tap
keg 2 holiday cheer sitting in closet conditioning.
will be tapping keg at thanksgiving or at least that is the plan.
hope to brew thanksgiving weekend if what every yall come up with sounds good.

You'd be surprised how much of a difference the yeast makes. Kellerbiers are, to my mind, just pilsnerish lagers served young and unfiltered.
