Looking To Make A Mocha Porter

I have a True Brew Porter kit I plan on brewing this Saturday. What I want to do is tweak it to a mocha porter, I was planing on using coco powder and coffee beans to do this. My question is how much of each should I use for a 5 Gal. batch? And has any one tried this.... I bet some one has..... Any help on the would be a huge help.

If you're trying to emulate Rogue's Mocha Porter, they don't use ANY cocoa or coffee. It's a balance of chocolate malt and black malt.

No not trying for a Rogue clone jut want to get a Mocha flavored Poter.
