ok so heres the plan:
1 Black Tower Porter
1 Creamy Brown
steep some Muntons Crystal 60L and some Chocolate or Pale Chocolate Malt. just kind of unsure as to how much.
also, thinking of a bit of hops because of the second can of BTP being substituted with Creamy Brown. if i do that should it be ~1-2oz for 30-45 minutes?
i ask because it seems my questions are a little specific.
the whole idea isnt to create a different flavor but to bring out whats there to make it better.
ideas?
