Looking to do a nanobrewery

I'm in Ga and looking to take my home brewing to the next level. What is the easiest way to find out the regulations in my area the govern nanobreweries? Im looking for any and all information from zoning, to what licenses I'll need, etc... Thanks in advance for any help!
