I know that not to many of you brew small one gallon biab all grain batches but I'm sure there has to be a few that have messed around with small batch brewing and I just want to know if there's anyone out there that has some tried and true recipes

I know that people might persuade me to jump up to bigger batches and I'm sure I will in the future cause like everyone on here my addiction with home brewing is growing everyday but right now I just don't have the money for a bigger kettle and a fermenter thanks for all that reply

Just take any of your favorite recipes on this forum or anywhere, and divide by 5. Beer recipes are scalable, a 1 gallon batch is just 1/5 of a 5 gallon batch or 1/10th of a 10 gallon batch.

Okay is it different to scale down hops I've read that hops don't scale as we'll as grain

From what I've seen it doesn't matter enough to make a significant difference, just use 1/5th. The bigger problem seems comes down to what to do with the other 4/5ths of the package?

Hops scale fine....Out palate cannot detect micro differences in IBUs so if there were any discrepancies anyway. And if you run your recipes through any software and scale, you can always make note of what the IBU's of the original recipe is, and if it's off in scaling, tweak it there for that extra pellet if you really think you're going to miss it.
