Dunno if anyone has been to Granite City, they are a midwestern microbrewery chain. Anyways they have a Maibock that i really like. If anyone else has had it what would a recipe look like for it, extract/steeped if possible.
I was trying to emulate a vanilla porter from a local brewery here in town and ended up with what i think is pretty darn close to granit citys brother benidict miabock.
I will check my notes when i find them and send you a PM unless there are others interested.
